What does the Yard Bar provide?

A timeless bar on wheels and bartenders (price depends on headcount and time), ice, drink garnishes, and all barware needed for your event. 

Do you sell or provide alcohol?

Due to Arizona Law, we cannot directly provide you alcohol for private events. We serve alcohol for private events that is supplied by a third party.  

If you are a non-profit, political party or government agency we are licensed to buy and dispense all forms of alcohol for your event.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability insurance.

What type of events do you do?

We are able to enhance your event experience no matter what the occasion is. From weddings, bachelor(ette) parties, corporate events, retirements, non-profit events, birthdays, showers (baby, bridal, business), happy hours, the weekend, divorce parties, or any other event that you feel like celebrating with some fun libations!

We can host all public events for non-profit, political parties or government agencies and are fully licensed by the department of liquor for these types of events.

Do you have to serve alcohol?

No! We can serve mocktails, craft lemonades, sodas, ice tea. We have the ability craft a fun, non-alcoholic experience for sweet 16’s or Mitzvah’s for example.

Where are you located?

We are located in the center of Phoenix, and proudly serve the surrounding metro areas.

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, DC Ranch, McCormick Ranch, Arcadia, Biltmore, Downtown, Uptown and many more!!

How much space does the bar need?

We need a flat, open area for set up and service. The Yard Bar sits at almost 6 feet high, 14 feet in length, and almost 6 feet wide.

Can we do a cash bar?

We are unable to perform any transactions that pertain to alcohol. We follow all state laws regarding the sales and consumption of alcohol for private events.

If you are a non-profit, political party or government agency, we are able to run a cash bar for your event.
